Delicious! Came here while on a work trip. Super friendly service. They had about 8 different coffee specials. The maple pancake cold brew was delightful and the cold brew had a lot of caffeine if you’re needing something with a kick. Ordered 4 different pastries and all were good. The chocolate croissant was the perfect combination of buttery and flaky and had lots of chocolate. Highly recommend if you what a great cup of coffee and a pastry to go. Not a lot of seating if you’re looking for a more sit-down cafe.

Growing up in the birth state of Johnny Appleseed, I’ve made an effort to try as many apple cider donuts as I can. Crust is the clear and delicious winner for best said donut. I first encountered this masterpiece at Lost Shoe brewing. I thought perhaps my admiration for the donut was enhanced by the accompanying libations, so I chose to try again by traveling 40 minutes to their Worcester shop. While it’s fun to watch a dough ball bob in oil and emerge a hot greasy sugar crusted cider donut at your local orchard, the cinnamon and apple taste are lost and secondary to the smell and heat on a crisp fall day. The Crust apple cider donut is all about the taste and texture. They are moist inside with clear cider and cinnamon tastes, with a perfect dry, sugary, and crusty outer shell. They are perfection. The other pastries were also great but my focus was the cider donut - Best in Show!

Probably the best cinnamon roll I have ever had, it didn’t look like it would be amazing but boy was I wrong. It’s like a croissant dancing with a cinnamon roll, and then they end up eloping and making these wonderful little buns of joy.

From the customer service down to the food itself was a delightful experience. The breakfast sandwiches are large and flavorful, the donuts are the correct size and perfect flavor. Don't let the artisan prices scare you away. This place is worth your time and money! I went first thing in the morning and everything was still warm. Mmmmm.

I have traveled through much of Europe and spent time in France several times. The quality of the baked goods at Crust, equal the quality of those in France. I don't think it's possible to make a better croissant than those produced by Crust!

What a wonderful little spot! Delicious coffee, an amazing assortment of baked goods, such friendly staff! Get there early if you want a yummy plain croissant, we went later in the afternoon and they were all sold out! Ended up getting a corn, bacon and cheese croissant, which was so good!! While we were there many people came in to buy their bread, coffee, and pies. The music is nice and soft, and the window seat is a great place for people watching. Would love to come back and try some of their other menu items, today they had a churro doughnut!

CHECK IT OUT then you can thank me . My daughter’s live in Portland , Maine in which there is a vast selection of amazing pastry/bread shops ; seemingly around every corner. New to Worcester , I just became aware of CRUST which rivals the best of Portland! The chicken salad on a fresh croissant was perfectly balanced and mouth watering delicious- might as well fill that in for the pain au chocolat, the spinach and feta on phyllo dough and undoubtedly everything else . The service is great, atmosphere is laidback . Get there early because they do tend to run out of their more popular pastries by 9:30/10:00 . Oh, I got the olive loaf to take home but sneaked a pinch and it, too, is divine.

We had not ordered food from Crust Artisan Bakeshop since the tail end of the pandemic. I ordered online and picked up our food to go. It was great to see the seating and counter area opened up as this was closed off when we were in last. Had I known about the seating area, I would have dined in and enjoyed coffee, also. Our order consisted of 2 Apple Cider Donuts, 1 Breakfast Sandwich (Egg & Cheese, Croissant, and added Hash Brown), and 1 Breakfast Sandwich (Rise & Shine - Sausage, Egg, Cheese, Sourdough, and a Hash Brown). I ate half of my Rise & Shine and am saving the other half for later. I was getting full on just the half and enjoyed it very much. I am not usually one to order sweets, but I did get us the Apple Cider Donuts. I shared half of mine with my wife and we will enjoy the other donut and a half this weekend. I was surprised how much I liked the donut. No wonder they are in such demand. They are delicious. We will definitely return to Crust in person next time.
